Isthmus Surveying LLC is a member of the Wisconsin Society of Land Surveyors and the American Congress on Surveying and Mapping. Our RLS (Registered Land Surveyors) number is 2525.

We are licensed and insured, and specialize in Residential and Commercial, Urban and Rural Boundary Surveys.

Land Surveyor’s, like most professionals, use a variety of technology and equipment to complete a boundary survey.  Also, no two surveys are identical, so we believe there is a time and a place to utilize either, Conventional Surveying equipment or Global Positioning surveying instruments or a combination thereof.   The global positioning instruments we use are considered “Survey Accurate”, and precise to the nearest centimeter, when used properly.

At Isthmus Surveying LLC we believe that we own the most advanced Trimble® GPS and Conventional Total Station Surveying instruments, care for and maintain them regularly, and utilize them appropriately.
